I need a skilled plasterer/handyman/painter to repair two ceiling areas that were damaged due to previous water leaks. The leaks have already been fixed by a plumber/roof plumber — this job is for the internal plastering, mould treatment, and painting only. Areas Requiring Repair 1. Living room (first floor) ◦ Room size: 3.55m x 3.60m, connected to an open kitchen (3.60m x 2.90m) ◦ Water damage occurred near a corner of the ceiling, with some mould that developed over time. 2. Bedroom (ground floor) ◦ Room size: 2.81m x 3.02m ◦ Water damage near a ceiling corner. Photos have been attached for reference. What I’m looking to get done: • Two small ceiling cut‑outs (approx. 0.06 m² each) • Remove damaged plasterboard • Install small plasterboard patch • Base coat + top coat plaster • Sanding for smooth finish • Primer + touch‑up paint only on the repaired area, not full ceiling
