Hi there, I’m looking for 1–2 experienced, proactive event assistants to help at my mum’s 80th birthday celebration tomorrow. There will be around 45 guests, and we need someone who can jump in wherever required to keep the day running smoothly. 📍 Location: (eatons hill ) 📅 Date: Tomorrow ⏰ Time: approx. 11:00am – 5:00pm (6 hours) Tasks include: • Serving food and drinks to guests • Assisting with simple food preparation • Helping with set-up and clean-up • Managing plates, glasses, rubbish, and general tidiness • Supporting the main cook/host as needed • Optional bonus: Anyone with experience managing a rotisserie pig on a spit is welcome! What I’m looking for: • Professional, friendly, and well-presented • Highly proactive—someone who sees what needs doing and does it • Experience in hospitality, catering, or event support • Able to work independently and alongside one other helper • Reliable and able to commit to the full shift If you’re available tomorrow and confident in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, please apply.
