We have a ceiling fan that needs to be installed in our bedroom. It’s remote controlled so we wont need the switch, just connecting the fan to the ceiling and electrical. Our house is a townhouse with the bedrooms on the bottom level. There is no attic or crawl space to access the ceiling so it’s slightly more difficult than a standard insulation. I need these holes patched or sealed to stop water from leaking through and to make sure the water flows properly when it rains.
