Anyone willing to sell there house anywhere in Aus but prefer Brisbane for under 1.05M.(Could be up to 1.7M if undervalued) Please only contact if you have a house or unit you are willing to sell at a good amount below market value. This could be because you are motivated for a quick sale for some reason; needs renovation you are unable or unwilling to do; or a different reason. Reason or state of house doesn't matter but expect full disclosure of the reason or issue/s with the property. The reason I am doing this is I worked hard to get a 1.6M preapproval for two properties as a investment. The plan was to buy something reasonably priced and add value to it some how and sell them both for a decent house in a number of years. Since the approval was granted the market has out grown my plans and its set to expire and still have not found anything. Perhaps this could be a win win for someone. Prepared to be very generous to anyone who can be a middle person in the process but please I'm not interested in a buyers agent arrangement where they are wanting a pay for service. Happy to clarity anything.
