I have a small boutique salon that’s 300 ft.². I need a real estate photographer – videographer to take videos and pictures of the space including the outside and the parking lot and put a little reel together for me..

I’ve recently won an international award, and my image will be featured on a billboard in Times Square, New York. I can’t be there in person, so I’d love your help to capture it on camera and video— both during the daytime and nighttime. The display plays for 15 seconds every 21st minute of each hour (e.g. 12:21, 1:21, 2:21 etc.). 🎬 What I need you to do ✅ Attend at least four cycles total – two during the day and two at night (to ensure clear, consistent footage). ✅ Take high-quality photos - At least 15-20 clear shots — mix of close-ups and wide angles showing Times Square surroundings. ✅ Film video footage: - Capture each full 15-second play x 4 - two day, two night (start recording ~10 sec before and end ~5 sec after). Both portrait and landscape orientation. ✅ Create a short 30–60 sec highlight reel (social media format with light editing, transitions, and music). If possible, please capture a short time-lapse of Times Square (day & night) and a few slow-motion cutaways of the billboard or crowd — just enough for creative transitions in the reel. 📸 What you’ll deliver 1.
