I have cut back the palm cluster and want stump cut back to ground level.

Does not require permit for removal. Foliage and small branches already removed. Two large branches need to be lopped off with chain saw before you grind the stump. Branches less than 15 cm in diameter protruding about 60 cm from main stump. Diameter of stump less than 30cm diameter. Also if you could dispose of small barrow load of branches which are too think to place in rubbish bin. Easy access on broad nature strip.

We have a stump that need to be ground to just below the surface. No need to remove anything from site I'll deal with that. The person will need a chainsaw to take the stumpy limbs off.

The stumps are about 1 metre high making them easy to grab The root structure should be fairy shallow.
