I have 2 palm stumps that need to be ground down to below ground level to enable new planting

we have around 15 palm trees across the front and back yard. I'm looking for someone to cut off and dispose of the seed pods. Some are quite high up, I have a saw on a telescoping pole but it's not long enough for some of the higher palms so might need to use a ladder as well.

A stump grinder is required to remove the remaining root system of the fallen tree (from the recent Alfred incident). I need someone to help me cut and remove a few small trees and bushes from my garden and get the soil ready for re planting. Ideally someone with a small stump removal machine as the access is limited. Also someone who understands soil and what it needs for good growth.
