There are two lemon trees. The first tree has thin branches that are closer to the ground and along the driveway fence as shown in the first photo, and four thicker branches as shown in the second and third photos. The second lemon tree consists of tall and thin branches as shown in the fourth photo. The branches are between approximately 152cm and two storeys from the ground. The branches that are approximately two storeys from the ground are thinner. and are close to the brick wall exterior of the house. The four thicker branches may require a saw or heavy-duty pruning shears to cut. These branches are all angled towards or close to the ground. The rest of the branches are quite thin. Some of them hang over the driveway fence. A few others hang over the porch part of the fence and have begun growing onto the gutter of the porch roof. The porch roof is lower than the height of the first storey. Dispose of the cuttings and leaves, the fruit on the cuttings and the fallen fruit. I’ve got two quick jobs: Job 1: Chinese Elm prune – mid size branch (top left section of tree) overhanging the house, cut at approx. 10m high (see Pic 1 – left branch going upward where my finger is pointing). Remove the cut branch from site. Job 2: Green waste removal – about 2m² of ficus cuttings ready to go (see pics). I need two fruit trees (orange and lemon) pruned. The lemon tree in particular needs alot of branches removed because it is diseased and the last person who pruned it (and the orange tree) did a very bad job!
