1. Mow the "lawn", front and back. Whipper snipper around the perimeter, and all weeds. 2. Trim back the trees/bushes into a more presentable shape. 3. Rip up the garden beds (two in the front, one on the patio in the back, and two in the back around grapefruit trees) leaving the bushes/trees and put down mulch (which I will supply). 4. Remove weeds around the property on paved areas. 5. Sweep/blow the dust/debris off the paved areas (including the green debris blown in the garage). 6. Around the pool hole, remove the large weeds (either by whipper snipper or by pulling) and trim back the neighbour's trees. 7. Whipper-snipper the weeds in the pool hole and leave them where they lie. There are no tools on site - you must use your own. At a minimum this is a lawn mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer, wheelbarrow, weeding tools/gloves, telescopic tree pruner, shovel, and possibly a cultivator/tiller. The waste must be disposed of in a the red/green bins, with the remainder in the pool hole. There is no general rubbish on site - it is only green waste. - Due date: Flexible

Task 1. We are seeking a gardener or handyperson to finish lopping a yucca tree that we have in our backyard (see photos). It will likely need a chainsaw - we have done most of the work with hand saws but it is now too thick and access is an issue (saw strokes) so a chain saw should be able to take it out in a few sections we believe. Task 2. We also need our side passage tidied up - remove all grass and weeds and be levelled off (to prepare for artificial grass to be fitted). There is a current bed of rocks and pavers but we dont need them kept so they can go too. (See photos). Task 3. Ideally you can also dispose of our greenwaste from our previous maintenance (see photos) plus any green waste you make. Please quote based on Tasks 1 and 2. We will be happy to negotiate the additional charge for Task 3 if you include this as an option in your response.

<Lawn mowing> I need to get lawn mowing done on my property in Marsden. The last time it was done was around the end of Feb, so it's kinda overdue.
