I'm ready to hire a tradie to remove and stump-grind 7 smallish Yucca Plams (see attached photos) at my residential property. Stump grinding and destroying the roots that the palms won't grow back. Dispose of the palms.

Looking for someone experienced to complete the following garden work: Remove one small tree/shrub carefully so it can be saved and repotted elsewhere. Remove one existing tree stump completely. The stump removal needs to be done by hand only. Machinery or stump grinding cannot be used because the area is beside the pool and there are irrigation lines and an electrical cable running directly behind/near the stump. Care needs to be taken not to damage the pool area, fence, irrigation system or electrical cabling.
