There is some old bitumen surrounding the stumps that will easily come away - crumbles. Retic is approx 54cm from the fence. I have tried to attach photos. They won't upload. Will try and add in comments Ideally I'd like this done Friday morning, but open to another time. Must be done by Sunday afternoon
