Remove tree stump by whatever means. I want to plant another tree in its place. The tree was a copper tipped acacia and it snapped off at the ground during the storms last week. The root ball looks to be around 600mm approx diameter. Easy access - its in the front yard and there’s no front fence. No need to clean up chips etc if you’re using a stump grinder. I tried to dig around it and cut the roots etc but I lost the battle at about the 3% mark. Mainly because I’m old and fat.
