Install stone veneer cladding to 3 sides of wall and lay stone capping along top of wall. Mortar scratch coat or equivalent prep required. Wall length is 3.5m and height 0.75m (total cladding area is c. 3sqm) Water blade also required to be set into recess with cladding and coping to be adhesively applied over front and top of blade. Slate stone coping is 400mm x 250 x 38 so limited (if any) cutting will be required with 30mm overhang on all sides. Cladding pieces are 600mm x 150.

Description: Looking for an experienced fencing/cladding installer or carpenter to clad our existing Colorbond fence around the pool and back garden in white, and bring it to one consistent height all the way round. THE JOB The fence is currently at two heights because of a retaining wall. Total run is approximately 20.5 lineal metres. I want the whole run clad in white and finished at a single top height so the lower section gives proper privacy and the whole thing reads as one clean line. Think Bali villa – white, crisp, with palms going in front of it afterwards. Open to your recommendation on the system – aluminium or composite slats, vertical batten, or flat panel – but it needs to be a white, low-maintenance, exterior-rated product that won't yellow or warp in Perth sun. There are several vertical cracks around the upstairs window areas, as shown in the photo. I’d like someone to inspect them, advise what is causing the cracking, and repair and finish the area properly so it blends in with the existing exterior.
