The project requires framing the vertical corner edge by cleanly wrapping it with overlapping timber trim. It will also require a flat, square-edged top cap/ledge installed across the horizontal surface to cleanly enclose the entire structure.

Substrate: Brick/Besser block. The surface is flat, newly constructed and ready for installation. Finish: Dry-stone look (tightly fitted, minimal visible grout/glue gaps). Joineries on the 2nd floor of our house appear to be loose/sliding out. Will need someone who has a high enough ladder and experience to come in and fix it. Issue is from 2 sides of the house. It's a straightforward site with easy, flat ground access all around. ​The Job: ​Install eaves around the perimeter. ​Install timber battens over the sarking, including fixing the cavity closures at the base of the wall. ​Install Weathertex Weathergroove cladding over the battens.
