Just recently moved into my new home and after several uses of the bathroom, I think it needs some regrouting and touch ups. I've removed the grab bars that were previously installed by the seller as they were in the way. The majority of the bathroom wall tiles are painted over and some are peeling too, hence i'm also keen to get second opinion on what can be done. (Note: there's two bathrooms for this job)

We have 600mmx600mm tiles where the grout has cracked in certain places around 18 of the tiles. Two of the tiles have come loose but are not loose enough to lift them. The spacing between each tile is about 3mm. I am looking for someone to remove the existing grout around those where the grout has cracked and regrout. - Due date: Before Friday, 13 May 2022
