The balcony tile grout is cracked and needs to be regrouted. There maybe some other “loose” tiles on the balcony, please check and regroute if they’re not secure!

The grout on our front porch needs totally replacing. It is 3m x 1.35m with 450mm tiles. There are also 2 tiles that need replacing (I have spare tiles). The existing grout is cracking, and there is water leaking through and seeping out of the external walls. I want the entire balcony/deck regrouted, rather than only repairing the visibly damaged areas, to provide a consistent finish and reduce the risk of untreated existing grout causing further water penetration or problems in the future. Our pool areas needs to be regrout the floor tiles and needs to remove the old mosaic tiles in the pool around and water proof the old mosaic areas then replace new like to like mosaic tiles similar to the existing current old mosaic tiles - mosaic tile will be supplied, the stairs and the balcony needs to be regrout.
