Hi, I'm Dino and I am wanting to get into triathlon racing. I have done adult learn to swim but need to work on endurance and how to swim longer and hopefully faster.

I know how to swim but am struggling with freestyle in 25m lap pool. I want to know what I’m doing wrong and improve. Ideally would be a 1 on 1 lesson conducted at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre for between 30 min to 1 hour initially, with a view to possibly book for more lessons.
