Building surveyor for a 150 meter square house. House have very small three bed and bathrooms open kitchen living and garage. Reason for inspection is house showing several cracks in ceiling in living area and cracks in concrete in garage. House seven years old. Report required to find if there are other issues with house work apart from one visible and if the work is carried in compliance with Victorian act.
