Serving from 4:30-8:30pm I’d assume first half would be mostly cocktail making but also asking for plate clearing and popping in dishwasher etc so the kitchen remains tidy. $50 per hour Everything you need will be provided I will let you know the 3 cocktails on offer so you can make sure you are confident in making them prior.
