Cater a 18 guest buffet style dinner, theme is Christmas in July. The usual Christmas foods. Turkey, roast veg, ham, gravy, green beans. Keep it simple and time efficient for yourself e.g. turkey breast roll is fine. No need for a giant presentation turkey. Dessert can be a decorated store bought pavlova.
