This is for an engagement party so it won't be like a party where everyone will be at the bar. The alcohol served includes: - beers - Bartender will need to take from esky, open and give to guest. - Wines - Pour in wine glass as requested. (No spirits served. The goal is to create a space that feels calm, cosy, intentional, and well-prepared. The venue is a small area divided into two sections. 1. Covering untidy walls There are a few walls that look untidy. These need to be neatly covered with fabric, posters, or a combination. One wall will have fabric hung as a clean backdrop, with a projector projected onto it. 2. Safety signage There is a staircase where people could potentially trip. A clear but tasteful “Please watch your step” safety sign needs to be placed appropriately. 3. Lighting & zoning The venue has two main zones: One zone already has lighting The other zone has little to no lighting The darker zone needs to be styled and decorated so it feels intentional, using ambient lighting such as lamps, fairy lights, candles, etc. (Open to your suggestions.) 4. Overall styling The space should feel: Warm and atmospheric Calm and social (not loud or cluttered) Like a place that’s been thoughtfully prepared Theme: Wine social night + board games Style: Subtle, cosy, minimal, tasteful What I’m Looking For - Someone with event styling / decoration experience - A good eye for lighting, fabric, and layout - Able to work safely, cleanly, and efficiently - Someone who can bring some basic decoration items or advise what’s needed (happy to discuss)

We require a bartender who is genuine, kind and just a fun person for a small gathering of 8 people, you will be required to work 3 1/2 hours, 7 - 10:30 PM, 23/11/25: all drinks/mixers, cups, garnishes & ice will be provided you will have to bring your own mixing equipment (shakers, alc measuring spoons ect). -You will be working by a menu, 2 cocktails and 8 mixers the menu will be provided to you after the task is allocated, cocktails & wine will be served during only dinner 7:30-8:45-9PM (there will be a server who will help in bringing the drinks ect to the table) - after dinner has ended it will be just mixers till 10:30PM. - You will be required to come 10-15 mins before the set time to set up ect before guests arrive - - you will be required to wear a black top and black pants (classic bartending wear). The price is fixed as everything will be provided, it is a total of 10 drinks but like we said its 8 people in total and we have honestly put alot of money and thought into making it easier for you, we are really excited to have you on board to help our night be that bit more special.
