Located at my home in Hawthorne. I need a service staff person who can (1) assemble/ warm canapes in my kitchen and serve (2) make a cocktail (3) clear rubbish through the night (4) wash dishes - mostly glasses and serving platters, as supply is limited (5) when there is time, top up beverages. For the canapes, I will have everything ready to be assembled, with time and instructions. There is only one cocktail to prepare - 'Manhattan'. There will be wine and champagne served also, but that will be available for guests to pour themselves, when service busy doing other things. When service staff does have time, you can offer to pour. The party starts at 7, but if you can arrive at 6 to familiarise yourself with the area/ tasks. So, would be there from 6pm-1000pm, and to make sure prior to departure, all glasses platters are cleaned (this will also be done throughout the evening). You can wear smart casual clothes, and please, no holes in clothes. If hair is long, will need to be pulled back to reduce risk of hair in food/ drinks:) You should have prior experience doing these sort of tasks. You should also be known to have a pleasant disposition, be friendly, organised, and like people:) Also, someone who enjoys their work!
