Budget: Cocktail making 6PM - 12PM with a 30 mins dinner break (6 hours inclusive of set up and pack up) + 1 hour travel + 1 hour prep call / admin = 8 hours x $45 $360 including GST If you can bring a helpful friend to assist with dishes and keep you company, I'll bump up to $560 total. Otherwise I'll get some family or friends to help with dishes...or me! If you are working in a pub/bar already where i could meet you and try one of your cocktails, that would be ideal before locking in!
