I have some curtains with a blackout backing and a thin fabric sewed on top (photos attached). The curtains are pencil pleat and are attached to the track with hooks as well as Velcro on the roof slants (see photos). It is for 1 window only. I would like new curtains made, using the existing curtains as a pattern. I would like a blackout fabric to be used with a dark silver or grey raw/textured silk-look fabric on top. I would like some tie fasteners sewn to a set of 10 ikea outdoor chair cushion covers so that they can be secured to the furniture to stop them blowing off in the wind.
