Andrew was polite, punctual and communicative. He can improve by ensuring he has a second person with him, as promised in his description, ensuring he had his blankets and protective cloths too. I was asked to assist in the move and had to oblige because otherwise the job wouldn’t get done. I had to provide the protective cloths. The point of accepting the job was to have it done end to end without needing to meddle.
