EDIT - 3 guys on a raised platform at the rear of their removalist truck WERE NOT able to lift up to balcony. Let alone obey balcony without putting weight on balcony. Disability bed, mattress and bed head (Dimensions, weight etc below) needs to be lifted up to second level AND over balcony, into townhouse through sliding door, then into bedroom. (Unable to take thorough front door and up winding narrow steps). Bed has to be lifted OVER balcony. Balcony CANNOT be used to bare weight of bed, nor used to help winch or set up pulley. i.e. professionals with proper equipment needed. ACCESS No problems with access. Can drive vehicle or machinery directly up to / under balcony (see photos). Once inside, direct easy access to bedroom. BED DETAILS - Bed Base (Queen size), in box: ~2030 × 1530 × 300 mm (length × width × height). WEIGHT - Approx 131kgs. - BED MATTRESS - standard queen size. Approx 30 - 45kgs? - Bed Head - width of written bed. Unknown weight, negligible in context of whole delivery.
