Scope of work: • Furniture will be relocated only within the house (no transport required) • Items will be moved to nearby rooms or areas out of the trades’ work zone • No items need to be taken upstairs or downstairs Schedule: Today: • Move furniture from the top floor and selected downstairs rooms to adjacent areas so painting can be completed Next Weekend: • Return to move items back into the finished rooms • Move remaining downstairs furniture to a designated holding area clear of the work zone • Final visit a few days later to return all furniture to original positions once painting is complete Care must be taken to protect walls, new floors, and furniture during all movements.
