Whilst it is acknowledged that I was told the size of truck that would be picking up my furniture it is not my job as a customer to know what size truck is required for the booking I made. I booked for a large 4 bedroom house and was sent a small truck which would have required at least 3 trips adding a lot extra to the 7 hours quoted. If the right size truck was sent 1 or at the most 2 trips would have been required.

I did have more items to move but astounded at the total cost and most of the items were only loaded into the garage in the lowest level of a 3 level home , which we now have to move upstairs ourselves
