EDIT - 3 guys on a raised platform at the rear of their removalist truck WERE NOT able to lift up to balcony. Let alone obey balcony without putting weight on balcony. Disability bed, mattress and bed head (Dimensions, weight etc below) needs to be lifted up to second level AND over balcony, into townhouse through sliding door, then into bedroom. (Unable to take thorough front door and up winding narrow steps). Bed has to be lifted OVER balcony.
