I need an experienced handyman to disassemble a gas-lift bed frame in my apartment and carry the pieces down to our building's designated junk disposal area. The building has full lift access from my floor straight to the disposal area (no stairs involved). Once unbolted, the pieces will be flat, so bringing a platform trolley/dolly will make this a quick, one-person job. Please bring your own tools, including a socket set/spanners and allen keys, to properly disconnect the frame and the high-pressure hydraulic gas struts. Important Safety Note: There are mold patches on the fabric lining on the underside of the lift panel. Please bring a face mask and gloves for your own safety when handling it. I have a very heavy and awkward rotating cabinet/shelving unit approximately 1 metre square by approximately 1.5 metres tall. I need to move it about 2 metres out of the way, along with a much lighter sofa. Then place a rug in the correct spot then put the cabinet and sofa back on the rug. The cabinet is an awkward rotating cube shape with a highly polished finish so it's easily scratched, it weighs more than a large double fridge so it's a job for at least 2 burly guys. It has a solid metal base so you're never going to lift it, previously we tilted it to get some carpet pieces underneath and slid it. The floor is limestone which is very soft and easily scratched. I need people who will take their time and work carefully so things don't get damaged. I'll select the best qualified candidate not necessarily the cheapest price.
