You will likely need a hydraulic tailgate to make lifting easy, as for moving it - on pick up end there is a ramp, on delivery - street level entry. So, once on a 'dolly' - all good. We need to clear the furniture out of our downstairs living/dining area and store it in the downstairs garage for 4 days, then bring it back up. There are 2 couches, a sideboard, a dresser, 2 tables, 2 small bookshelves, an ottoman and a TV cabinet. All cupboards and shelves will be empty.
