I have a bread mixer in storage that I need help with to lift into my van. It’s on a pallet trolley but the trolley doesn’t go high enough.

There are two elements to the job: 1) lifting a new king mattress (1800mm x 2000mm x 35mm) from ground level to the first story balcony. 2) lifting an existing king mattress (same dimensions as above) from the first story balcony down to ground level. The mattresses need to be lifted/lowered to the first story balcony either from our driveway or the adjacent laneway as shown in the attached photos. The balcony balustrade is not very strong so can't have any load applied to it - the mattresses must be lifted clean over the balustrade without using the balustrade in any way for the lift. The height of the top of the balcony balustrade from ground level is ~4400mm.

I’ve a heavy table that I’ve managed to get out of my car and into the building but that’s as far as I could get it. Looking for someone (probably two strong people or we could assist a ding one strong person) to get the table the rest of the way. The table is a wooden square, 1100x1100m and just unnecessarily heavy. We have an empty water tank we’d like to collect from my parents house a couple of streets over it will be in their front driveway and just needs to be lifted into our trailer and then carried in with my husband to our garden.
