Take apart and remove a queen-size electric adjustable bed and mattress. The bed can either be disposed of at the dump or kept for personal use. Please note, the adjustable bed base is heavy

I want to swap over an existing Queen size mattress and base with another one. So one removal down, and one lift up. Existing bed was lifted in with ropes. Both sets include a mattress, base and bedhead. All are reasonably lightweight except the mattresses which are extra height/fairly deep. I have a small shelf in my car, not heavy, I have a trolley. It needs to be moved less than 50m and up 3 small stairs.
