We have a very heavy and solid wooden shelf (likely 100kg+) that we want moved up one flight of stairs. The difficult part is not only the weight and dimensions of the shelf, but that the stairs are right next to the front door, so it will likely require some awkward and careful manoeuvring and pivoting to get it up sideways. We need a team who are very conscious about not damaging the wall and staircase (it is hollow and likely wouldn’t be able to support the weight of the shelf without damage) to help with this job. We had a team of two men previously try with this job but they weren’t able to do it, and said it would likely need 4 strong men. However, it may be difficult to fit 4 men and the shelf on the narrow staircase with a little over 1m width(Maybe 2 supporting the bottom and 1 on top?)
