I have a heavy sideboard 43cm x180 cm x 90cm. It needs to be moved from upstairs to downstairs

We have an already constructed cubby house that we need moved onto a pre built and leveled platform. I'd estimate the cubby to be 100-120kg so it would be 30-40kg per person if there were 4 people. The weight is an estimate. See photos attached to show cubby and platforms. This also shows the distance it needs to be moved, which is about 8-10m. The legs platforms will be leveled and ready by midday today (Saturday) so the moving can occur anytime and day after that, the sooner the better. Shouldn't take more than 5-15 minutes. I need help to relocate a large concrete patio table that I purchased from a house in Lutwyche to my house in Bardon. The concrete tabletop comes apart into three pieces each 1.4m x 1m x 0.06m. The steel table base is one large unit. The table pieces need to be brought down 27 steps at my house to reach their final location. The individual concrete table top pieces are heavy.
