Large items that will not fit on stairs will need to be carried c. 50m on level ground from the front to the back of the property. Items: - large teak table & 8 chairs - sofa & 2 arm chairs - french door fridge - TV unit - electric upright piano - 2 queen beds dismantled and mattresses - 2 Ikea wardrobes - study desk - 2 bookcases - 10 packing boxes Estimate 2-3 hours needed. Date to be confirmed. Flexible on timing as long as completed before dark.

New 8” pool table top in a box which is 2500mm (L) x 1500mm (W) x 250mm D) but weighs 140kg.
