Moving out of Double Bay involves going down two staircases, and moving into Bellevue Hill requires going down 3 staircases. There is no lift at either property. Due to the stairs and the heavy mattress (70kg), two strong men are required for this job. You will also require a small truck. Once in Bellevue Hill, I will need you to place the furniture in the relevant rooms. I will be able to give directions at the time. You DO NOT need to move the fridge or washing machine.
