Hi I am seeking an ongoing relationship with an Airbnb property maintenance manager. Currently I have 1 listing, in 1.5 months I will have another in the same building (St Kilda). Both are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. With sofa beds. Typically, cleans will take place between 10-2pm and take 1-1.5 hours. I am looking for a very professional, committed worker. Someone not scared to take initiative. I intend to clean when possible, I predict there will be at least 1 clean per week. I am very friendly and fun person to work with. Very respectful of hard workers and take note of their efforts. From 26 June – 3 July I will be overseas so I will need full time assistance during this period. The work would entail – - Cleaning the bathroom – shower, basin and toilet - Kitchen – sink, stove, oven, bench top, check cutlery and crockery are clean - Living room – dusting TV cabinet and blinds, clean glass table and coffee table. - Changing linen and towels - Vacuuming - Mopping - Empty rubbish - Empty outdoor ash tray - Refill snack - Restock milk and fresh bread - Sweep leaves in small court yard. I will wash the towels/linen. Which I would need dropped off to me (I live 5 minutes from the Airbnbs). They can be left in my backyard.

• Prune, weed, maintain and tidy all garden beds as required. • Fertilise plants as required; • Check the irrigation controller and make sure system is running & adjust according to season &/or plant requirements; • Prune plants on pedestrian pathways to ensure plants do not overhang paths. • Maintain all external areas clear of leaves and other debris. • Mow and edge nature strip at front of property. • Keep both stairwells clean and tidy including: • Clean doors, doorways, and entrances to stairwells; • Sweep and mop stairwells as required; • Remove cobwebs and any other debris; • Ensure that there are no items stored or dumped in stairwells and that there is clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times. • Clean and check operation of all security lighting in stairwells and externally. Replace any globes as required. • Check and tidy bin area as required. • Check and clean mail boxes. Remove junk mail. • Leave site in a clean and tidy manner.
