I have a number of dents in several walls in my apartment requiring repair and possibly paint matching / touch-up

Water damaged ceiling plaster around chimney - leak has been repaired. Just require plasterboard repairs and painting.

I need 4 holes repaired in gyprock. And a possible door hang. I have the door and hinges and handle. Possibly a few more little jobs. I can finish off with sand and paint. I have the materials to finish the job. Just labour and your own tools. 2 L shapes were an old wall was removed 5 other holes - around extraction fans and old lights. I will remove the old black fan and light and you need to patch those 2 holes from scratch. Paint 3 ceilings x 3 coats of ceiling paint (I will supply the paint). Just labour and your own tools. I am reposting this task as I have now a bit more detail to add to the work required from my original post and could not find a time either with successful tender. Very small repair (roughly 20cm and not very deep) of render on side of house, attempted to use mortar repair but hasn't worked out. Would like it rendered properly and then painted to match existing colour (Solver Vitesse)

2 areas need repairing after accessing to find a leak inside the wall. Approx 30cm x 40cm and other one 18cm x 18cm
