Videographer Brief – TradesFormation Training Event Date: Thursday, 17 October 2025 Location: Sydney (venue details to be confirmed) Purpose: Capture the event purely for educational content to be uploaded into TradesFormation’s Learning Management System (LMS). This is not an event highlight reel or promotional video. Filming Objectives Record the full training sessions with clear audio and video. Capture audience engagement (questions, reactions, group discussions) to show interaction. Ensure footage is high enough quality for long-form learning modules (not just short clips). Key Requirements Cameras: Minimum two-camera setup: Camera 1: Locked-off wide shot covering the presenter and stage. Camera 2: Roaming/secondary angle for close-ups of presenter and audience engagement. Audio: Lapel microphone on presenter (primary). Room/ambient mic for audience questions. Lighting: Ensure even lighting on presenter and stage area (avoid heavy shadows). Framing: Keep slides/visuals legible if projected; where possible, capture both presenter and presentation content. Deliverables Raw footage of the entire training day. Separate session-by-session files for ease of upload to LMS. Audio synced and clear for all recordings. No added music, titles, or marketing edits — purely functional training content. Style & Tone Functional, documentary-style capture. Focus on clarity, consistency, and completeness over creativity. Ensure learners watching later feel like they are in the room. Event duration 5 hours run time approx

We are hosting a Halloween Party and would love to have someone help us ensure we've got some good memories from the evening. The rate includes 90mins of photography from 8:30PM - 10:00PM as well as the time it takes post event to upload and share back.
