Hi, I am looking for someone to care for our 2 Guinea pigs whilst we are on holidays for 3 weeks in January. Ideally you would keep the hutch at your place and care for the Guineas there. They are easy pets to care for as they are very low maintenance. All food, bedding etc would be provided. You would be required to clean their hutch daily, provide fresh hay, food and water at least once a day and keep them out of the direct sun (especially when temperatures reach 28 degrees or more). I am allergic to cats. I live in an apartment in Armadale - my gf may have a job opportunity coming up in Brighton, she currently lives in Kew East. We are putting out some feelers, on the off chance there’s a crazy cat lady, but the well tempered kind, who lives in Armadale. Willing to sub let their house and kindly care, to my gf’s cat. As so she can move in with me and be closer to work and beat that really bad traffic. Food and any other necessities will be provided. At least half an hour a day of visiting time required, subject to fair and appropriate notice. To clarify, this will not be a transfer of ownership of said cat, it will be a share house agreement. Where cat will also be liable to minor utility expenses. Cat in question, has a flawless rental history and a number of reputable references. They have a timid nature, and are quite easy to get along with. 12 month - 12 month rolling lease, security bond $1,000. Open to hear all offers between, $40- $120 per calendar month.
