Hi guys, I need an internal flea pest treatment conducted in an empty 3 bedroom villa in Richmond NSW. Property is carpeted throughout with 3 bedrooms and open plan lounge dining. Place is currently empty and need it done before next Monday 20 th February. House has only contained one flea free cat that has lived forever inside that has never had fleas, however agent insists on having the place treated. Most importantly I need an invoice from a licensed pest control company to do the treatment and supply an invoice- it’s a huge CON with agents and this type of thing and if I had the time and motivation I’d battle it in NCAT - but in this instance I’ll just roll over and “cop it”…. If it helps I’d be happy to pay you and provide me an invoice and I’ll just flea bomb the place and kill the “flea invaders” that don’t exist!! Win / Win !!! Need a reliable Airtasker to pest control my house inside and out. No pest issues and full pest control will have only recently been done, so general pest control required only for start of lease. This is purely precautionary due to previous rental experiences. Must be a professional - so ABN & police check required and invoice must be issued. NOTE - standard house (floor plan in pics) 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 living space and outdoor area. Day to complete task is negotiable. Can be done Friday afternoon/evening or any day on the weekend
