We are currently renovating our 100m2 house. During the renovation we have exposed some termite damage. The floor boards are currently all exposed as per the photo There are no active termites in the property however we want to make sure there are no more termites by fumigating the roof, floor and the perimeter of the house. The existing termite defence expired after 10 years of life. New chemical are to be applied to provide another 10 years of life. There are existing dilled holes on the concrete, driveway to inject the chemicals. There are also pebbles, soil, that liquid form of the chemicals can be applied. Please let me know what chemicals you will use. And how many years of warranty you provide. And how long the chemicals will last. Photos shows the front of the hosue.
