Find a professional paving contractor in Weston Creek

Looking for an experienced paving professional to lay and secure a small 2m x 3m (6m²) paved area at my property in Holder, Canberra. The existing pavers are premium 300mm x 600mm large-format granite pavers. They are currently laid (see pic) but i will remove and stack them in order. They need to be laid so that they are dead flat with a spirit level across all sides with no lip hazards. Scope of Work: • Prep Base & Leveling: Re-compact, add necessary bedding sand/base material, and screed the area to ensure a perfectly flat, level finish. • Lay: Lay the granite pavers down dead flat. • Border/Edging: You can re-use 4 lin metres of existing edging if possible and lay 6 lin metres of concrete border/edging. Border must be securely concreted in (haunched)to lock everything tightly in place. • Finishing: Nil. Once laid I will fill in with my own finishing sand. • Fixed Price Quote: Must include all labour, tools, and materials. • Materials to Bring: Paving sand/base material and cement/concrete mix for the edging.Tools: Bring all your own tools (screed rails, levels, rubber mallets, wheelbarrows, etc.).Experience: Looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who has experience working with natural stone / large-format pavers. • Access & Photos: • The site is in the back corner of the back yard, which is approx. 20-25m from the driveway. I have three sections of 1.2m square areas that need approximately 16 pavers placed in each area I’ve just stump grinded the area so it would need filling and pavers placed I can get the pavers , can be guided on how much sand/aggregate to have ordered

Repaving a 1m x 1.5m section of courtyard that was dug up by plumbers. Pavers and paving sand all onsite. Job requires paving around a new outlet pipe the plumbers put in.

A pool fence was installed and the fence installers did a poor job of cutting and placing the pavers around the base of the new fence posts. I need a skilled paver to lift the pavers around 8 posts, cut new pavers to the appropriate shape and then place them back around the fence post. The gap around the base of the fence post should be no more than 20mm to the pavers around it and then can be filled with paving sand. The gap should be in a square shape that is equal thickness around the fence post. The pavers around the fence posts should be the same height as the pavers near them so the paving surface looks uniform. The pavers should also sit flush with each other. There is one post that has pavers that are mortared in, I have mortar to fill that gap if it is too hard to cut a paver to fit (the pavers were jackhammered out). I can supply all the pavers, mortar and sand and will clean out the existing gaps and holes. You will need to bring skill and a way to accurately cut pavers so that they fit with the other pavers around it the fence post. The fence is a pool fence so you will need to do the cutting a few metres away on the grass so the residue does not get into the pool.

Needing someone to finish off a corner of pavement in a back garden - Due date: Flexible

Approximately 20 square metres of paving using existing pavers. Much of the area needs building up, maybe some digging. Important to get the levels right as we are on a hill and water needs to run away (around the side of the house) - Due date: Flexible

I have a paved driveway in excellent condition that needs some holes (caused by post hole digging) repaired. I have the pavers. May require some cutting. I also have a larger (unfinished project) pavng area that needs re-doing or completion. Again I have pavers but not gravel and sand and some cutting may be required. Photos included show a lot of weeds. We would of course clean up prior to work. - Due date: Flexible
