Hi, I am looking for someone to undertake removal of shrubs/small trees and lay pavers to extend our outdoor area. Ideally I'd like the price to include you supplying the pavers and anything needed to lay them, but we can also arrange to supply pavers (-$1000). I have a rough sketch and some photos below. We are wanting to extend our little outdoor area and would like someone to: -Clear some small trees and shrubs from a back courtyard- I've tried to include photos of the largest ones to give an idea what it make take to remove them. -prepare the ground, level it, compact, weed mat, etc - lay pavers level to the existing concrete slab (over the previous garden bed) The only access is a gate on the side, about 1-1.5m wide-ish? Essentially I have started a job with my landscaper but he is busy next few weeks and need to get this done. Everything is ready to go (have pavers / concrete / sand / crush rock) but just need a professional to come out and complete the job to the same standard (pavers to sit on concrete / level). We want to extend our patio area by paving the garden bed beside it. The garden bed runs along the fence and is 1.02m (W) x 7.88m (L). We are choosing pavers next week but either looking at bricks similar to those used in the patio area or 400x400mm pavers with a border. We would ideally like to have the job completed within the next 3-4 weeks, potentially earlier if we can get pavers in time. **Please refer to the instructions in the pictures** SIDE AREA - Remove old wooden sleeper garden edging (150cm) - scrape out debris from garden bed and from behind and between planters - lay 5 pavers and 16 small cobblestones along edge of garden bed (one might need to be cut a couple of cm to fit) and then fill the rest of the bed (including behind and between planters) with rocks. - lay 6 stone edging blocks where the wooden edging previously was (inline with front of driveway). [PAVERS, ROCKS AND STONE EDGING BLOCKS ALREADY ON SITE] BACK AREA - Remove old wooden sleeper garden edging. - Remove the more shallow roots of the palm trees that are pressing into the current edging and preventing the nearby grass to grow. - Lay stone edging blocks (these are thicker than the sleepers so 5cm will need to be reclaimed from the garden (front edge needs to stay where it is). One length is 10m, the adjoining length is 1.5m. A couple of blocks might need to be shortened to fit perfectly. [STONE EDGING BLOCKS ALREADY ON SITE] Timber for both areas to be cut into small pieces (1m or less) and left on site. Any green and timber waste can be left on site (can go to my family's compost). Needing a skilled landscaper to help me finish my DIY patio paver job. I've got it to a point where I need a professional! Needing pavers laid down on an approx 18 m2 area (see pictures). We had a fire place here, it was cemented in, ive removed most of the rocks and cement, now I just need someone to come and take away all the broken rocks and get the area ready so I can go down to Bunnings and buy some pavers to lay where the fire pit once was and turn our patio back into a flat paved area. See picture. When you’re finished with the job, it should be ready to place new pavers down. Note: none of the pavers are cemented in, they are just laid flat. You will need a wheel barrow or something to get rid of all the old rocks/waste.
