We have 2 areas we wish to have paved. The areas are approximately 3.6 x 2.7 each. The areas on one side have a tiled patio on the other side the wall of the house. The pavers are clay and are to be laid in a heiringbone pattern. The area currently has loose stones, these we will remove. The approximate depth of stones is 150mm approx. below this level is compacted earth. To lay the pavers, the earth will need to be compacted, sand laid and the areas compacted. Once paved then sand will be swept into the joints. The areas have curved edges along the house and tiled patio. The pavers are a standard size see photo.
