There are two jobs: 1. is the front of the house (see first pic), where I would like 4 900mm x 900mm outdoor tiles spaced where you see the garden bed in the pic. 2. Relacing current old pavers (see second pic). The ground will need prepping and compacting before laying down concrete pavers. The concrete paved area that requires re-doing is roughly 5m2 I will remove all pavers and have soil topped up laid. I have some ground at the back of my house (approx. 2.5m x 8m) that need to be flattened an prepared for paving. There is a slight rise in the soil (see images) and the soil is the typically shale soil of Paddington area. The raised garden bed behind the grass will be supported by a retaining wall after the grass section is leveled. In preparing for the paving (that I will eventually do), some soil needs to be removed, the area flattened, and a layer of bedding sand placed over the compacted base material. I don't think there's access to bring a small bobcat to do the job (see image). It might be better for anyone interested to make contact so we can arrange a site visit for a quote.
