Once off job. Prep interior walls, doors and frames (for re-painting) by sugar soap (supplied) water washing. 2 bedroom retirement unit kept clean and tidy so no hard scrubbing required, mostly just wet sponge or cloth and wipe off damp dry. Not ceiling.

Small room 11ft by 9ft - no ceiling or skirting boards, paint provided, really just a freshen up 4 doors and frames white 2 wardrobes - white 1 small toliet half wall as the bottle is tiles from white to grey.
