I need an old Queenslander painted from the inside. There are several layers of paint and some of them will obviously be lead-based. In some areas the paint peels off, primarily in the v-grooves of the VJ panels. That paint will need to be removed professionally before repainting. There are approximately 115 sqm of walls to be painted and approximately 66 sqm of ceiling. I'm happy to supply the paint. I'm uncertain whether the top layer of the existing paint is oil-based or water-based, but the house has not been painted in a while. In some areas gaps have formed between the ceiling timber VJs and the cornices. This will need to be fixed, too. Apart from the walls there are a number of door frames to be painted too. Any quote is welcome, I'm not sure how complex this job is and how long it would take, but I need it done properly.
