Please paint the interior of our three bedroom house in Hackett. The house is 130m2 (including the bathroom which is largely tiled). There are some cracks that will need patching (approximately 2 large and 5 small). The house will be vacant and furniture free, please do the painting the week of 19th January. All window frames are aluminium and do not require painting.

We need interior painting done ASAP. We have two rooms which require the ceilings and walls painted, one room that requires the ceiling painted and two rooms that will require one or two coats on paint on the walls. Wood trim may be included, but we will discuss this depending on how we are going. We employed a painter who we dismissed due to the poor quality of his work. So, we will expect a reasonable standard, but we are not unreasonable people. We just want the job done properly and have it done as soon as possible. We can provide the paint and equipment, if you prefer. Budget will be discussed once you have an idea of the work involved.
